Visit statistics without cookies
We count page views and clicks on buttons such as "Try on the web" or store links to understand which pages are useful. These counts are stored as daily totals per page and language. We do not use cookies or tracking pixels, we do not store your IP address or browser details, and we do not build profiles.
Cookies and local storage
This website does not set cookies. If you choose a language, that choice is saved in your browser's local storage so the site opens in your language next time. It never leaves your device and you can clear it in your browser settings.
Contact form
When you send a message we store your name, email address, the product you selected and your message so we can answer you. We keep messages only as long as needed to handle your request. Your IP address is only used briefly in memory to block spam and is not stored.
Newsletter
If you subscribe, we store your email address, your language, the date of your consent and the page you subscribed from. We send a confirmation email first; you only receive news after confirming. Every email contains an unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw your consent at any time.
Server logs
Our web servers keep short-lived technical access logs for security and troubleshooting. They contain only the time of a request, the requested address, the response status and its size, not your IP address or browser details, and they are rotated automatically.
Third parties
The website loads no third-party scripts, fonts or trackers. Your data is not sold or shared for advertising. Emails are delivered through our email provider.
Our games and apps
Our games and apps store your content only on your device. Optional ads, purchases and, if you allow them, analytics and crash reports are described in each product's own privacy policy.

KVKK information notice (Türkiye)
Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), Yusuf Burak Peker (Foxper Studios), Murat Reis Mah. 231.Sokak No14, 35280 Konak/İzmir as data controller processes the identity and contact data (name, email address) and the message content you share through the contact form in order to answer your request, and your email address for the newsletter based on your explicit consent. Data is processed on the legal grounds in Articles 5/2(c) and 5/2(f) of the KVKK (establishing a contract and legitimate interest) and, for the newsletter, explicit consent (Art. 5/1). Your data is not transferred to third parties except to the hosting and email service providers needed to run this service. Our email runs on Hostinger (Hostinger International Ltd.) and the website runs on a rented virtual server; since these providers may keep data on servers outside Türkiye, your data may be transferred abroad, and such transfers are made in line with Article 9 of the KVKK. You can exercise your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK by writing to support@foxperstudios.com.
